At UBS Group AG, we are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our Institutional Client Coverage team in Japan. This role is pivotal for developing new institutional business, deepening relationships with existing clients, and delivering sophisticated information services to meet the demands of sophisticated investors.
What You'll Do
- Develop new business with institutional clients.
- Cross-sell new products to existing clients.
- Provide high-quality information services to satisfy sophisticated investor demand.
What We're Looking For

- In-depth knowledge of financial markets and various asset classes, including alternatives.
- Native-level Japanese and a high level of English proficiency in both writing and speaking.

Nice to Have
- Ideally, experience in the financial industry as a salesperson, either in an investment bank or asset management.
Team & Environment
You will be working in the Institutional Client Coverage (ICC) team in Japan. UBS Asset Management has a functional reporting structure, and ICC Japan reports to the ICC Global Head.

This role is based in Tokyo.
