About the Role

Oversee client engagements, ensuring project success and client satisfaction through strategic planning and effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve client goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
  • Identify and address client needs and concerns proactively.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through regular check-ins and feedback collection.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align project deliverables with client expectations.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful completion.
  • Facilitate client workshops and training sessions as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance client services.
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and proposals.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
  • Participate in client onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with project contracts and service level agreements.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and quality assurance checks.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to support project goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation and records.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and issue management within client projects.
  • Provide input on project risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Support the development of client-focused marketing and sales materials.
  • Assist in the creation of client case studies and success stories.
  • Participate in client feedback sessions and surveys.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in client engagements.
