Repwest Insurance (a part of U-Haul family of companies) is hiring a Claims Service Representative

U-Haul Co. of Iowa is looking for a Claims Service Representative to join its Claims Reporting Unit. In this role, you will set up new claims for U-Haul Storage, Equipment, Commercial Policy Holders, and Managing General Agencies while providing support functions for other claims units.

What You'll Do

• Set up new claims for U-Haul Storage, U-Haul Equipment, Commercial Policy Holders, and Managing General Agencies.
• Provide support functions for Repwest's Field Claims Offices, the Commercial Claims Unit, the Subrogation Unit, and the Equipment Damage Unit.
• Answer inbound calls and enter information into a PC-based program.

What We're Looking For

• Must be available for evenings and weekends; this is not a remote position.
• Must be willing to accommodate fluctuating schedules, weekends, and the occasional holiday.
• High School Diploma.
• General clerical experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Customer service background.
• Able to type 30+ wpm.
• Claims or insurance experience.

Technical Stack

• PC-based claims program
• Microsoft Office
