Rothmans, Benson & Hedges Inc. (RBH), a subsidiary of Philip Morris International, is hiring a Chiller Operation Support professional. In this role, you will ensure the continuous, stable operation and accurate adjustment of our cooling systems using the OPEN+ methodology. You will be a key player in maintaining safety and productivity standards at our Yangsan factory, supporting our vision of a smoke-free future through responsible corporate activities.
What You'll Do
- Ensure continuous, stable operation and accurate adjustment of cooling systems using OPEN+ methodology (e.g., CL, CIL, DH).
- Analyze and resolve basic process and quality issues, performing root cause analysis using troubleshooting lists.
- Continuously improve safety and productivity standards using OPEN+ methodology (e.g., Safety/LOTO Map, BOS, QRP, IPS, UPS).
- Maintain orderliness and cleanliness in the cooling system area and drive continuous improvement.
- Perform machine start/stop and shift handover to ensure product integrity.
- Prepare, execute, and supervise regular or irregular legal inspections related to cooling systems.
- Accurately document all legal mandatory activities, controls, cleaning, maintenance, settings, and adjustments related to cooling system safety.
- Keep production equipment and surrounding areas clean and tidy, sorting waste according to procedures.
- Perform cleaning tasks for cooling system equipment and zones according to the CIL program.
- Participate in cleaning and storage activities to prevent breakdowns, accidents, safety, and quality issues.
- Manage waste in the area according to relevant procedures.
- Ensure all safety requirements are met during maintenance and strictly enforce on-site supervision of safety control measures.
- Promote and enforce all PMI rules regarding quality, environment, health, and safety.
What We're Looking For
- University graduate.
- Gas Safety Manager Certificate (Refrigeration Facility Safety Manager) or higher qualification.
- For males: Military service completed or exempted.
Nice to Have
- Experience in chiller or refrigerator maintenance.
- Experience in on-site manufacturing work.
