Your primary objective is to assume critical operational and financial responsibilities from the owner while ensuring the company operates efficiently, scales methodically, and grows profitably. Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Revenue Growth

- Monitor crucial funnel metrics and continuously improve revenue generation
Financial Management
- Manage budgeting, financial tracking, cash flow monitoring, and profitability metrics

- Oversee vendor expenditures, unit economics, and operational financial health
- Lead comprehensive transition from QuickBooks Enterprise to QuickBooks Online, ensuring:

Team Building & Development
- Construct and nurture a high-performing remote team aligned with business objectives
- Establish accountability frameworks, reporting rhythms, and performance benchmarks
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and role definition during organizational growth
Digital & Website Launch
- Supervise new website deployment as a critical business mechanism
- Ensure comprehensive connectivity between:

Travel & On-Site Work
