Your primary objective is to assume critical operational and financial responsibilities from the owner while ensuring the company operates efficiently, scales methodically, and grows profitably. This role is designed for someone who excels in establishing systems, structuring teams, and facilitating organizational evolution. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy - Serve as the owner's primary operational collaborator - Convert vision into structured strategies, performance indicators, timelines, and deliverables - Leverage data and analytical reasoning to support and constructively challenge leadership decisions - Cultivate a culture emphasizing accountability, transparency, and consistent execution Operations & Systems - Design and enhance the company's operational framework - Develop standard operating procedures, documentation, and scalable methodologies - Facilitate weekly operational alignment meetings - Proactively identify and resolve potential operational bottlenecks - Guarantee a consistently exceptional and seamless client experience Lead Generation & Revenue Growth - Comprehend and optimize the company's digital lead-generation approach - Enhance funnel performance across marketing, lead acquisition, and conversion stages - Ensure synchronization between sales, operations, and fulfillment departments - Monitor crucial funnel metrics and continuously improve revenue generation Financial Management - Manage budgeting, financial tracking, cash flow monitoring, and profitability metrics - Provide transparent financial reporting and insights to the owner - Oversee vendor expenditures, unit economics, and operational financial health - Lead comprehensive transition from QuickBooks Enterprise to QuickBooks Online, ensuring: - Accuracy - Transparency - Functionality - Operational decision-making utility Team Building & Development - Construct and nurture a high-performing remote team aligned with business objectives - Establish accountability frameworks, reporting rhythms, and performance benchmarks - Support recruitment, onboarding, and role definition during organizational growth Digital & Website Launch - Supervise new website deployment as a critical business mechanism - Ensure comprehensive connectivity between: - Brand credibility - Traffic generation - Lead conversion - Guarantee proper tracking, messaging, operational flows, and readiness Travel & On-Site Work - Willingness and capability to independently travel within the U.S. - Potential extended stays ranging from weeks to months during significant operational implementations Candidate Profile - Composed under pressure, exceptional at introducing clarity to complex scenarios - Strategic thinker focused on dashboards, operational levers, and measurable outcomes - Proactive problem-solver anticipating potential challenges - Results-oriented, systems-focused, and exceptionally dependable - Capable of professionally and constructively challenging leadership - Entrepreneurial spirit enthusiastic about building meaningful ventures - Seeking a long-term, ownership-oriented position Requirements - Demonstrated experience launching and scaling businesses - Robust operational and financial management capabilities - Proficiency in online lead-generation business models - Team-building and systematic implementation expertise - Comprehensive understanding of budgeting, cash flow, pricing, and performance metrics - QuickBooks proficiency - Rapid learning adaptability across tools and platforms - Preferential background in startup or owner-managed environments Bonus Qualifications - Industry experience in lighting, design, home improvement, architecture, construction - Multi-business unit management experience - Software transition leadership - Website launch oversight Tools - QuickBooks Enterprise to Online migration - Diverse operational and collaboration platforms Benefits - Direct client relationship management - Client-processed compensation - Flexible leave policies aligned with organizational needs Location: Remote (periodic U.S. travel) Schedule: HST Salary: $1,600 - $2,000 monthly Type: Full-Time Application Process - Record initial interview responses via Loom video - Professional, authentic presentation - Quiet, well-lit environment - Stable internet connection
