Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the founders on day-to-day execution and long-term strategy
- Drive cross-functional initiatives across operations, finance, legal, product, and go-to-market
- Own and improve internal processes, including automation of workflows for support, success, and operations
- Support finance and governance topics such as budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and board preparation
- Assist with investment-related processes, fundraising, and investor communications
- Work with customers, vendors, and partners on operational and strategic initiatives
- Build and maintain analytics, dashboards, and business intelligence to support decision-making
- Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and strategic deep dives
- Help manage team execution, priorities, and follow-through across the company
- Act as a force multiplier for the founders, ensuring clarity, speed, and accountability
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a high-execution environment such as consulting, M&A, private equity, or similar
- Exceptionally strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Very comfortable with data and tools like SQL, Google Sheets, and Excel
- Solid understanding of corporate finance, operations, and governance
- Able to juggle multiple priorities and switch contexts quickly without losing quality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership
- Pragmatic, reliable, and low ego
