About the Role

Everyday Dose Inc. is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to architect and lead the marketing function during a pivotal growth phase. You will be responsible for building the organization and systems to scale the company from $100M to $250M+, owning brand, growth, retention, creative/content, and retail marketing while partnering closely with the CEO and President.

What You'll Do

  • Own and evolve the Everyday Dose brand, stewarding its emotional core, tone, identity, and campaigns.
  • Build a high-performance growth engine, architecting media mix across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, CTV, influencers, and affiliates.
  • Build a world-class retention organization, leading lifecycle/CRM, subscription, and post-purchase strategy.
  • Lead integrated creative and content, building an in-house UGC/content engine and overseeing brand creative.
  • Drive retail & wholesale marketing strategy, developing retail launch playbooks and shopper marketing programs.
  • Build a strong marketing organization, designing the 12-18 month org roadmap, hiring senior leaders, and creating accountability frameworks.
  • Be a strategic partner to the CEO on brand moments and partnerships, and to the President on financial modeling and operations.

What We're Looking For

  • 10-15+ years in CPG marketing, with at least one role owning $50M-$250M growth.
  • Led a brand through DTC to omnichannel retail transition.
  • Proven ability to build and scale marketing orgs from 20 to 60+ people.
  • Deep understanding of growth marketing and creative testing.
  • Strong brand storyteller who can translate emotion into execution.
  • Experience with UGC creator ecosystems, paid social engines, and retail marketing.
  • Competence with forecasting, modeling, and data-driven decision making.
  • Known for clarity, speed, and building high-trust, high-output teams.

Team & Environment

You will build the marketing organization from the ground up, including a 12-person retention org. The role involves designing the full marketing org roadmap with VPs (Growth, Brand, Creative, Retail), Directors, Managers, and Associates. You will partner closely with the CEO and President.
