Responsibilities

- Drive innovation in radio frequency and microwave technology applications
- Manage technical risk across project lifecycles from concept to delivery
- Collaborate with program management to meet schedule and performance targets
- Mentor engineering staff and promote technical capability growth
- Serve as the primary technical liaison with customers and external partners
- Lead design reviews, including preliminary and critical stages
- Ensure robustness of engineering documentation and configuration control
- Support proposal development and technical scoping for new opportunities
- Champion design for manufacturability and testability
- Integrate reliability and quality principles into system development
- Evaluate emerging technologies for potential application in product lines
