As a Chatbot LLM Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing our clients' chatbots on the botario platform. You will own the development, optimization, and enhancement of chatbots from initial concept to final implementation, applying the latest state-of-the-art AI technologies.
What You'll Do
- Develop custom chat and voice bots for our clients.
- Drive development from conception to go-live using our botario chatbot management platform.
- Define how desired processes can be implemented in dialog form and create the required content for the chatbot.
- Develop integrations with client system landscapes as needed.
- Utilize prompt engineering to improve bot efficiency and accuracy.
What We're Looking For
- A successfully completed university degree or comparable training.
- Professional experience in software development or chatbot development.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with the latest LLM technologies and practices.
- A solution-oriented mindset with an analytical and structured approach to problem-solving.
- Enjoy working in a team using agile methods.
- Independent working style.
- Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written.
