CoverGo is seeking a Chargeback Analyst to join our Risk & Compliance team. You will be responsible for managing and analyzing chargeback processes to protect the company from financial risk and ensure compliance.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and process customer chargeback disputes
- Investigate transaction details and gather supporting evidence
- Manage the end-to-end chargeback lifecycle from receipt to resolution
- Identify trends and patterns in chargebacks to recommend preventative measures
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and minimize financial loss
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all chargeback cases
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a chargeback, fraud, or risk analysis role within financial services
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex transaction data
- Knowledge of card network regulations (Visa, Mastercard) and chargeback reason codes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload
- Professional proficiency in English
