About the Role
This role is responsible for managing and growing sales through distribution channels by supporting partners with training, marketing, and strategic planning in the Eastern Europe region.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with regional distributors to expand market presence
- Deliver product training and technical support to channel partners
- Monitor sales performance and set achievable targets
- Develop regional marketing initiatives aligned with product goals
- Track inventory levels and ensure supply chain efficiency
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner issues
- Support distributors during customer demonstrations and tenders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights
- Facilitate onboarding of new distribution partners
- Drive adoption of key product platforms
- Organize and lead partner workshops and events
- Promote consistent brand messaging across channels
- Assist in contract negotiations with distributors
- Evaluate distributor performance and recommend improvements
- Align sales strategies with regional business objectives
- Provide feedback on product usage and customer needs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of microscopy technologies
