Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential technology and data partners in the fraud and identity space
- Initiate and lead outreach to prospective partners to establish collaboration opportunities
- Negotiate partnership agreements with clear terms and mutual objectives
- Manage end-to-end onboarding process for new channel partners
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support technical integration of partner solutions
- Monitor performance and adoption metrics for active partnerships
- Serve as primary point of contact for partner organizations
- Coordinate joint go-to-market initiatives with partner marketing teams
- Maintain documentation for all partnership agreements and workflows
- Assess market trends to identify emerging partnership opportunities
- Align partner offerings with internal product roadmap priorities
- Resolve operational or technical issues that arise during integration
- Track partnership ROI and report on business impact
- Ensure compliance with data usage and security standards
- Support sales teams with partner-related collateral and messaging
- Facilitate regular business reviews with partner stakeholders
- Scale successful pilot integrations into broad deployments
- Maintain a pipeline of potential future collaborations
- Advocate for partner needs within internal roadmap discussions
