About the Role

Chaos is seeking a Channel Manager (fixed-term) to own the growth of our B2B channel business within assigned markets. You will be responsible for winning, maintaining, and expanding relationships with channel partners, achieving sales targets by recruiting, training, and enabling them to resell our portfolio of products.

What You'll Do

  • Achieve sales targets through channel partners in a B2B context.
  • Develop and implement annual channel sales plans aligned with company strategy.
  • Manage partner relationships to ensure productive collaboration.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new channel partners.
  • Provide sales training and motivation to partner sales teams.
  • Act as the primary contact for your managed accounts.
  • Oversee partner agreements and ensure compliance.
  • Work with internal teams like marketing, finance, and support to drive partner success.
  • Forecast sales performance and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Resolve channel conflicts and ensure smooth operations.
  • Identify and develop new channel opportunities.
  • Participate in key account sales, co-selling, and partner events.

What We're Looking For

  • Professional working proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proven experience in channel sales, preferably in the IT or software sector.
  • Strong track record in sales team development and management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
  • Customer-focused and a strong team player.
  • Willing to travel up to 20% of the time.

Nice to Have

  • Background in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) and/or M&E (Media & Entertainment) industries.
  • Experience leading local market efforts.
  • Familiarity with software licensing models and sales practices.
  • Knowledge of CAD, BIM, 3D design, or visualization tools.

Work Mode

This is a remote position open to candidates located in the Philippines or Vietnam.
