Responsibilities
- Create and execute change strategies that align with program goals across global and functional areas.
- Assess impacts on roles, workflows, systems, and organizational design.
- Identify potential resistance, readiness shortfalls, and risks tied to change initiatives.
- Integrate change plans into broader project timelines and transformation pathways.
- Design and roll out communication and engagement approaches tailored to diverse regions and departments.
- Establish trusted relationships with project leaders, functional managers, subject matter experts, and end users.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for change at leadership levels.
- Strengthen leadership alignment and enhance sponsor engagement in change efforts.
- Work with HR, learning teams, and SMEs to build role-specific training and enablement content.
- Manage the delivery of training through workshops, digital platforms, and hands-on sessions.
- Offer coaching and transitional support to individuals and teams during implementation phases.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training and measure improvements in capability.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators related to adoption, engagement, readiness, and user experience.
- Use surveys, pulse checks, and user forums to collect feedback and adjust change tactics.
- Report on change progress, risks, and user adoption insights to governance bodies and executives.
- Promote ongoing refinement of change methods by capturing and applying lessons learned.
- Collaborate with project managers, functional leads, HR, IT, and other change professionals.
- Ensure global change frameworks are adapted effectively to local operational contexts.
- Help shape change methodologies, tools, templates, and standardized practices.
- Encourage collaboration and knowledge exchange across transformation workstreams.
