About the Role
The Manager - Product Delivery will lead product development initiatives from concept through launch, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead product delivery teams to ensure on-time and high-quality project execution
- Define and track key performance metrics for product development cycles
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business units to align deliverables with strategic objectives
- Manage product roadmaps and delivery timelines across multiple initiatives
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project schedules or outcomes
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to development methodologies
- Communicate progress, challenges, and priorities to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency and team performance
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies to maintain project momentum
- Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning for delivery teams
- Champion a customer-centric approach in product development
- Evaluate and integrate feedback from stakeholders into delivery planning
- Support change management during product lifecycle transitions
- Maintain documentation for delivery processes and project milestones
- Ensure alignment between product features and market demands
- Monitor budget utilization and delivery cost efficiency
- Foster collaboration between technical and non-technical team members
- Lead post-implementation reviews to assess success and identify learnings
- Promote accountability and ownership within the delivery team
