Galderma was looking for a Cetaphil Global Brand Manager

Galderma is seeking a Cetaphil Global Brand Manager to lead our global Body and Baby sectors. You will be responsible for the commercial innovation on core products, the innovation masterplan, and commercial development for these key categories within the Cetaphil portfolio. We are looking for a strategic leader who is passionate about skincare and science to drive brand growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Global product strategy, marketing, and branding for key Cetaphil product ranges.
  • Design and develop integrated Global 360 activation toolboxes for key product and commercial innovations.
  • Lead a multi-functional global team throughout product development phases.
  • Closely partner with key markets to understand and deliver on their needs.
  • Identify short and long term business opportunities for key product ranges.
  • Partner closely with the scientific team to identify superior formulas and claims to solve consumer unmet needs.
  • Partner closely with the multi-functional commercial team to bring together complete global toolboxes.
  • Manage budget and timelines with strong stewardship.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years in Beauty marketing, preferably Skincare, in a Global or Regional role.
  • Strong leadership and ability to get things done.
  • Ability to lead multifunctional innovation project teams and work effectively across a global matrix enterprise.
  • Strong ability to build, define, and articulate product & marketing strategy with a foundation in science.
  • Strong Brand Building capabilities with experience in advocacy and digital-first marketing.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills: ability to articulate a point of view effectively to senior leaders.
  • Product Innovation experience in global or regional roles in competitive markets.
  • Strong appetite for SkinCare, Beauty, and Science.
  • Ability to utilize data in fact-based decision-making and to provide solid business rationale, clear sense of structure, accountability, timelines, and urgency.
  • Growth Mindset and Developed Curiosity.

Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree.
