About the Role

Role Overview: We are searching for an innovative design professional to join a premier U.S.-based commercial furniture solutions team representing world-class brands like Haworth. This position demands a dynamic individual who will contribute to developing creative workspace strategies using advanced design technologies. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to spatial planning and visual communication. Primary Responsibilities: - Generate innovative workspace solutions utilizing CET Designer and AutoCAD, tailored to specific client requirements and project objectives. - Produce precise project documentation, specifications, renderings, and presentations supporting sales and marketing initiatives. - Curate and present furniture finishes, material palettes, and design options ensuring cohesive aesthetic alignment. - Analyze architectural plans, conduct comprehensive code evaluations, and integrate building/site parameters into workspace designs. - Execute field measurements, furniture assessments, and space verifications to guarantee design precision. - Engage collaboratively with cross-functional teams, providing timely updates and incorporating feedback while maintaining established project timelines. - Independently review and quality-check all project deliverables before distribution to internal and external stakeholders. - Prepare and transmit final documentation for order processing and installation; support as-built drawing development. - Generate technical coordination details for external partners including architectural firms, contractors, and technical teams. - Participate in professional development opportunities, industry events, and training to remain current on design innovations. - Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product lines, regulatory standards, ergonomic principles, and technological integration strategies. Required Qualifications: - Exceptional English communication capabilities—written and verbal—with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in client-facing environments. - Advanced proficiency in CET Designer software, complemented by AutoCAD, Project Spec, and Microsoft Office expertise. - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related discipline. - Minimum six years' experience in commercial furniture, workspace design, or analogous professional domain. - Remarkable detail orientation and capability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities. - Demonstrated adaptability as a rapid learner with proactive approach toward technological platforms. - Comprehensive understanding of accessibility codes, ergonomic standards, sustainability certifications, and commercial interior technology integration. - In-depth familiarity with commercial furniture product specifications and applications. - Collaborative team orientation with problem-solving mindset and growth potential in remote work environments. - Reliable home office infrastructure including personal computing equipment and minimum 50 Mbps internet connectivity.
