Carbon Health Technologies Inc is hiring a Center Manager to lead the daily management of a clinic, ensuring operational excellence, financial health, and an outstanding patient experience. This physician-founded organization is dedicated to making quality healthcare accessible to all.
What You'll Do
- Implement staffing standards for hiring, training, development, scheduling, and talent management.
- Assess team member needs, create development plans, and promote succession planning.
- Lead team meetings, resolve conflict, motivate employees, and foster a culture that promotes retention.
- In partnership with the Center Medical Director, set, communicate, and monitor clinical excellence and safety standards.
- Build positive relationships with clinicians, staff, patients, community, and vendors; manage conflict with empathy.
- Communicate and respond to patient inquiries with a sense of urgency.
- Monitor and control clinic expenditures within the approved budget with an owner’s mindset.
- Institute necessary modifications to procedures and resource commitments as financial changes dictate.
- Identify, plan, and participate in marketing activities and community events to increase patient volume.
- Maintain an environment that complies with all state and federal regulations including HIPAA.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of healthcare leadership experience and/or a combination of healthcare experience and education.
- Active listener who uses soft skills to build and maintain trusting relationships at all levels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, planning, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Team & Environment
You will manage a Carbon Health clinic, collaborating closely with the Center Medical Director, other clinic managers, and external partners.
