SUMMARY: Seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to strengthen case-centric process mining and automation initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong professional who thrives on building robust data solutions and enabling actionable insights across end-to-end business processes. PRIMARY DUTIES: - Design, build, and optimize data pipelines to support process mining and automation. - Develop and maintain Celonis data models for case-centric process analysis. - Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate process insights into actionable improvements. - Implement SQL-based data transformations and Python scripts for automation and data enrichment. - Ensure data quality, scalability, and performance across all Celonis-related workflows. - Support continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging Celonis capabilities for process optimization. REQUIRED EDUCATION: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related EXPERIENCE: - 5-7 years of data engineering experience with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Celonis QUALIFICATIONS: - 2+ years of hands-on experience with Celonis (Process Mining and Execution Management). - Strong proficiency in SQL programming for complex queries and data transformations. - Solid experience with Python scripting for automation and integration tasks. - Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and optimize data flows. - Strong analytical mindset with a focus on business process improvement. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work in remote or hybrid environments. Preferred Skills: - Experience with ETL tools and data integration frameworks. - Familiarity with process automation technologies. - Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for data engineering. - Understanding of business process management and KPIs. Pay Range $80 - $90 USD
