Minted is looking for a Celebrations Concierge to join our team. This is a remote assisted sales role where you will be the expert guide for customers planning their weddings and seasonal celebrations.

What You'll Do

Provide dedicated, consultative sales support for wedding and event customers.
Guide clients through product selection and customization for their celebrations.
Manage customer relationships and ensure a seamless, high-touch service experience.
Focus on understanding client needs to recommend the perfect Minted products.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a customer-facing sales, concierge, or account management role.
Strong passion for and knowledge of weddings, events, or the stationery industry.
Excellent communication skills and a consultative, service-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
