Minted is looking for a Celebrations Concierge to join our team. This is a remote assisted sales role where you will be the expert guide for customers planning their weddings and seasonal celebrations.
What You'll Do
- Provide dedicated, consultative sales support for wedding and event customers.
- Guide clients through product selection and customization for their celebrations.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure a seamless, high-touch service experience.
- Focus on understanding client needs to recommend the perfect Minted products.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer-facing sales, concierge, or account management role.
- Strong passion for and knowledge of weddings, events, or the stationery industry.
- Excellent communication skills and a consultative, service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
