Catch22 is looking for a Career Coach to work within local communities, supporting service users to progress into apprenticeships, employment, education, and training opportunities. This is a remote and outreach-based role within our Employability division, helping to build a society where everyone has a good place to live, good people around them, and a fulfilling purpose.
What You'll Do
- Recruit, engage, and onboard participants into employability programmes within set timescales, providing high-quality Information, Advice and Guidance.
- Deliver personalised employability support, including mindset and confidence development, strengths-based interview preparation, job-search assistance, and creation of CVs and application materials.
- Match participants to opportunities by shortlisting, preparing job packs, arranging interviews, and supporting applications for jobs, apprenticeships, and work experience.
- Provide sustained in-work support, maintaining regular contact to ensure participants achieve and maintain employment or apprenticeships for at least six months.
- Work collaboratively and operationally, contributing to job fairs, workshops, and community partnerships.
- Ensure effective use of case management systems, timely communication, and compliance with all contractual and organisational requirements.
- Maintain professional standards, including safeguarding, health and safety, equality and diversity, and continuous self-development.
What We're Looking For
- 5 GCSE's, at grade C or above, or equivalent.
- A relevant professional qualification.
Nice to Have
- Qualification in IAG (Level 3).
- ERS (Level 3) qualification.
- Coaching qualification.
- IEP membership.
Team & Environment
This role reports to the relevant Service Manager.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: GBP27,000 yearly.
