UAP Inc. is looking for a Catalogue and Ecommerce Search Optimization Specialist to play a key role in improving our product discoverability and driving our online sales growth. You will contribute to a seamless, intuitive, and high-performing customer experience by optimizing product data quality and search engine efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Analyze search behaviors, user queries, and feedback to optimize search engine performance.
- Optimize the relevance of results (algorithms, product ranking, filters, and facets).
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement advanced features (autocomplete, synonyms, fault tolerance).
- Improve the quality, consistency, and completeness of product data (attributes, descriptions, categorization).
- Establish and maintain data governance practices to ensure catalog integrity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), measure the impact of optimizations, and formulate strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- A relevant university or college degree.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in marketing, eCommerce, or eCommerce optimization.
- Experience with a PIM (Product Information Management) tool.
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Adobe products.
- Experience in a multi-site retail environment with an eBusiness platform.
