Responsibilities

- Follow established guidelines for formatting and style
- Handle diverse audio types including interviews, conversations, and monologues
- Maintain confidentiality of all content processed
- Meet deadlines for assigned transcription and review tasks
- Adapt to varying accents, dialects, and speech patterns in Catalan
- Flag unclear or unintelligible segments for further review
- Collaborate with team members to resolve ambiguous content
- Provide feedback to improve transcription standards
- Work with digital tools and platforms for audio playback and text entry
- Manage multiple assignments efficiently and accurately
- Report technical or workflow issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with quality benchmarks and project requirements
- Review transcriptions for speaker identification and turn segmentation
