Enova International was looking for a CashNetUSA Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Enova International is hiring a CashNetUSA Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this remote role, you’ll manage inbound calls from customers after completing a comprehensive 4-week training program. You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by addressing questions, processing payments, and educating customers on our products and services.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to incoming customer calls, addressing their questions and providing service.
  • Manage and respond to all customer inquiries, fulfilling requests, and offering comprehensive education on our products and services.
  • Deliver high-quality support by handling tasks related to payment processing, creating payment plans, and addressing other account-related matters.
  • Uphold exceptional customer service standards through articulate and effective verbal and written communication.
  • Keep customer accounts meticulously updated with accurate information.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven background in fast-paced customer service environments.
  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills with a proven history of professionalism and empathy in customer interactions.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume environment by demonstrating exceptional adaptability and multi-tasking skills.
  • Comfortable utilizing new technology and have a proven ability to excel in a remote work environment.
  • Must reside in the state of AZ, IA, ID, IL, IN, MN, MO, NM, NV, UT, WI, or WY.

Nice to Have

  • Prior call center experience.
