About the Role

Epiq eDiscovery Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Case Administration Manager to provide specialized services, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage critical project deadlines. This role is central to supporting our project operations and requires a flexible mindset coupled with exceptional organizational abilities.

What You'll Do

  • Provide specialized services and manage a wide range of project tasks.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle customer inquiries.
  • Manage deadlines and effectively prioritize tasks to meet project goals.
  • Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all project activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve project processes and outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in case administration or a closely related role.
  • Strong accountability, analytical thinking, and outstanding organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in case management, legal research, and documentation.
  • Expertise in deadline management, prioritization, and time management.
  • Skills in customer relationship management (CRM), professional etiquette, and oral communication.
  • Experience in supervisory management, delegation, and coaching.

Nice to Have

  • Certified Case Manager (CCM) credential.
  • Supervisory Management Certification.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Annual salary range of $70,000 - $115,000 USD.

Work Mode

This is an onsite position located in the United States.
