Epiq eDiscovery Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Case Administration Manager to provide specialized services, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage critical project deadlines. This role is central to supporting our project operations and requires a flexible mindset coupled with exceptional organizational abilities.
What You'll Do
- Provide specialized services and manage a wide range of project tasks.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle customer inquiries.
- Manage deadlines and effectively prioritize tasks to meet project goals.
- Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all project activities.
- Collaborate with team members to improve project processes and outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in case administration or a closely related role.
- Strong accountability, analytical thinking, and outstanding organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in case management, legal research, and documentation.
- Expertise in deadline management, prioritization, and time management.
- Skills in customer relationship management (CRM), professional etiquette, and oral communication.
- Experience in supervisory management, delegation, and coaching.
Nice to Have
- Certified Case Manager (CCM) credential.
- Supervisory Management Certification.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Benefits & Compensation
- Annual salary range of $70,000 - $115,000 USD.
