SupportYourApp is looking for remote professionals in Thailand to join our team as Customer Success Specialists and Chat Support Consultants. You will provide direct support to customers around the world, helping them with a range of inquiries for global projects, including in the crypto space. As part of our 1400+ person global team, you'll contribute to our mission of creating positive customer experiences.

- Native Chinese language skills for Chat Support Consultant, crypto role.
- Native Japanese language skills for Chat Support Consultant, crypto role.
- Chinese and English language skills for Customer Success Specialist role.

Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates located in Thailand, including Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Hat Yai, Nakhon Sawan, Pattaya City, Nakhon Phanom, Phang Nga, and Prachuap Khiri Khan.
