Passion is looking for a Care Coordinator to provide excellent care for the people of Passion City Church. This role is for a positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models initiative, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the Care Team.
What You'll Do
- Lead the 515 Care Resident.
- Lead our 515 Access Team, including stewarding care for all Door Holders on the team.
- Keep the Relationship Management System, Connect, updated with all current Door Holders within 515 Access.
- Responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of new Access Door Holders, including reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and conducting training.
- Available to assist with care-related needs submitted by phone, email, or HubSpot, tracking all communications in Connect.
- Assist with the pre-marital mentorship program, UNITE, in event-day coordination and support during each event.
- Responsible for maintaining all care-related updates to pastoral staff.
- Develop and maintain communication with local counseling centers to ensure therapists’ availability and that any invoices are paid.
- Steward care to Door Holders for benevolence-related needs.
- Maintain an updated list of all organizations that provide our community with resources (shelters, drug/alcohol recovery, hot meals, etc.).
- Steward relationships with local PCC partner organizations, Door Holders, and staff.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent or four years’ experience in customer service and hospitality and/or building maintenance.
