HireHawk is looking for a Candidate Screening Specialist to play a critical role in our recruitment process. You will ensure that only qualified candidates proceed through the hiring pipeline by reviewing applications and conducting initial evaluations.
What You'll Do
- Review candidate applications thoroughly
- Conduct initial candidate screenings
- Evaluate potential fits for various roles based on defined criteria
- Maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail, and analytical rigor
- Work closely with Recruiters to facilitate seamless hiring processes
What We're Looking For
- Experience in candidate screening, recruiting, or a similar field for at least 1 year
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in assessing candidate qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance targets within fast-paced environments

Team & Environment
You will work closely with Recruiters to facilitate seamless hiring processes.
Benefits & Compensation
- Full-time, remote role aligned to 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST, Monday–Friday
- Compensation: $600–$1,000 USD/month depending on experience
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position for candidates located in the Philippines.
