PointClickCare is hiring a Project Manager for the Professional Services team, with a focus on the Great Lakes region. This full-time position is central to managing client implementations and ensuring project success.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage multiple client implementation projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage project scope, timeline, and budget.
- Coordinate resources and act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing software implementation or technology projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems proactively.
- Experience in healthcare technology or a related field is an asset.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid role. The position can be performed remotely from anywhere in Canada or from our office in Mississauga.
