PointClickCare is seeking a Manager, Professional Services for our Canadian operations. This role focuses on leading the successful implementation of our solutions and fostering strong client relationships.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the delivery of professional services projects to clients in Canada
- Oversee project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful client implementations
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and value realization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project scope and client needs
- Identify and implement process improvements for service delivery efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing professional services or implementation teams in a software/SaaS environment
- Strong track record of successfully delivering complex client projects on time and within scope
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
- Experience working with Canadian healthcare organizations or in regulated industries
- Ability to travel within Canada as needed for client engagements
