The ideal candidate will be dynamic, enjoy telephone communication, effectively guide conversations, and deliver outstanding customer service. This is a full-time, remote position with flexible scheduling and mandatory weekend availability. *Candidates must be accessible during Eastern Standard Time hours and reside in IN, KY, OH.* Job Duties & Responsibilities: - Engage potential clients with the objective of scheduling sales team appointments - Serve as a product knowledge expert and articulate company offerings to educate prospective clients - Manage high-volume call traffic and achieve appointment conversion performance targets - Adhere to designated sales protocols for appointment setting, including comprehensive client information verification - Meticulously document all activities and information in CRM system - Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring positive experiences for potential clients Skills & Qualifications: - Preferred experience in multi-product sales environment - Strong background in home improvement inside sales - High School diploma or equivalent mandatory - Minimum 1 year call center experience required - Lead Perfection CRM experience beneficial - Capable of autonomous work in dynamic environments - Superior communication and telephonic interaction skills - Energetic with positive disposition - Goal-oriented and performance-driven Why work at Bath & Cabinet Experts?
