Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is looking for a Call Center Operations Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will focus on maximizing customer satisfaction by collecting, analyzing, and resolving customer requirements directly through call center operations. You will also contribute by developing and operating online content to provide efficient solutions.
What You'll Do
- Identify all processes customers experience to provide suitable services (Customer experience management).
- Communicate with customers for quality control activities to secure quality competitiveness (Quality management).
- Assist in carrying out customer support activities by developing content for customers to find solutions online (Customer support management).
- Solve customer inconveniences via remote system to improve satisfaction and reduce service costs (Remote customer support).
- Support applying customer feedback and measuring purchase tendencies to new product development and marketing (Market research management).
What We're Looking For
- Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
