Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients via video conferencing.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
- Participate in regular supervision and training sessions.
- Adhere to all relevant legal and ethical guidelines for therapy practice.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions as required.
- Coordinate with other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care.
- Conduct initial assessments and intake sessions with new clients.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Offer evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to client needs.
- Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families.
- Ensure confidentiality and privacy of client information.
- Participate in case conferences and team meetings.
- Complete necessary paperwork and administrative tasks.
- Provide support and guidance to clients in managing their mental health.
- Utilize telehealth platforms effectively for remote sessions.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate client availability.
- Offer culturally sensitive and inclusive care to diverse client populations.
- Provide referrals to additional resources and services as needed.

$50,000 to $70,000 annually
