BHG Financial is looking for a Business Process Analyst to critically examine and enhance our core operations. You will be responsible for mapping workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending solutions that improve efficiency and support our company's strategic goals.
What You'll Do
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes across multiple departments
- Document current and future state workflows using standard modeling techniques
- Identify and quantify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, cost, and quality
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate process changes
- Develop and present clear recommendations and implementation roadmaps
- Monitor the impact of implemented changes and report on key performance metrics
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in business process analysis or a similar role
- Proven ability to map complex processes using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or similar
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data gathering and root cause analysis
- Excellent communication skills for facilitating workshops and presenting findings
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
