United Concordia Dental is seeking a Business Process Analyst to provide expertise in problem solving and system functionality analysis. This role involves reviewing significant information, analyzing processes to support business needs, and recommending improvements.
What You'll Do
- Intake operational objectives, gather information, and perform routine research to evaluate basic output requirements and formats.
- Communicate business operational requirements to internal groups responsible for developing and testing business requirements in various applications.
- Coordinate, monitor, and report on project progress to ensure adherence to defined schedules.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to articulate issues, problems, and solutions.
- Conduct pre- and post-implementation reviews and assist in planning, designing, and facilitating functional walk-throughs.
- Manage small to intermediate cross-functional projects and change initiatives for business process solutions, implementation strategies, and control measures.
- Facilitate process improvement meetings and discussions.
- Analyze business functions and operations to identify problem areas; create process mapping and document current and future state processes.
- Recommend process efficiencies, improvement strategies, and solutions to align technology with business strategies.
- Assist in the development of desktop procedures and training material.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Business Process Analyst role, or experience in a related operational area such as claims, billing, or customer service.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 - 3 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry

This role may provide guidance to Associate level employees.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary Range: $50,200 - $91,200
