Anagram is looking for a Business Operations Analyst to help optimize our internal processes and support data-driven decision making across the company.

What You'll Do

Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports for key stakeholders
Support the implementation and optimization of cross-functional processes
Partner with teams to define metrics, track performance, and gather requirements
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic planning and initiatives

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a business operations, data analysis, or similar analytical role
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel/Sheets, BI platforms)
Excellent communication skills for translating data insights into actionable recommendations
Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
