As a Business Intelligence Managing Consultant, you will drive end-to-end project execution, translating client needs into actionable technical solutions using advanced BI technologies. You'll work across industries, leading requirement analysis, solution design, and implementation while ensuring alignment with business goals.
What You'll Do
- Lead client engagements from initial analysis through technical realization using top-tier BI tools
- Deliver strategic IT and process consulting for custom BI solutions across the full project lifecycle
- Manage both agile and traditional projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
- Conduct client workshops, performance reviews, and analytical sessions to support decision-making
- Mentor junior consultants and lead internal and external training initiatives
- Support business development through pre-sales activities, helping secure new clients and strengthen existing relationships
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Statistics, Business Mathematics, or a related field
- Fluent in German with strong professional English skills
- Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements across Germany
Preferred Experience
- Proven consulting background with hands-on experience in BI platforms such as SAS, Cognos, TM1, Microsoft, or SAP
- Familiarity with cloud-based BI solutions and modern data architectures
- Track record in delivering tailored analytics solutions in complex environments
