Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Analytics Services Team. You will develop innovative analytical solutions that maximize compliance, increase productivity, and minimize costs. You'll transform transactional data into meaningful business insights while supporting the continuous evolution of our analytics platforms, helping to shape the future of real estate for a better world.
What You'll Do
- Develop and support core analytics solutions using Tableau and Databricks.
- Transform complex business requirements into effective analytical solutions.
- Create proof of concepts and scale them to sustainable business processes.
- Provide specialist guidance on data analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate using agile methodology with internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in data communities for continuous learning.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in data analysis, computer science, statistics, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years as a BI, business, or data analyst.
- Strong data visualization and analytical techniques.
- Proven experience with Tableau and Databricks.
- Data warehousing experience with tools like Databricks, Snowflake, or Amazon RDS.
- Agile project management experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Strategic thinking with an ability to manage change.
- A track record of autonomous work in complex corporate environments.
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to tell compelling stories with data.
- A focus on solutions that drive productivity, profitability, and client satisfaction.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of analytical tools such as SPSS, SAS, R, or Python.
