Watts Heating and Hot Water Solutions LLC is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst Intern for Summer 2026. This internship provides hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization to support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with our BI team to transform raw data into actionable insights, supporting our mission to provide safe, clean water for the world.
What You'll Do
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources.
- Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports using BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver insights.
- Perform data validation to ensure the accuracy of reporting outputs.
- Research and recommend improvements to existing BI processes and tools.
- Document processes and create user guides for BI solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Current pursuit of a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data modeling is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
- Understanding of database concepts and ETL processes.
- Interest in business strategy and data-driven decision-making.
