Jump is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst to build the reporting infrastructure that powers smarter, faster decisions across our company and our professional sports clients. You will collaborate with teams across the company to surface insights, develop reusable data assets, and work directly with clients to support their reporting needs and help foster a strong data culture.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics assets for internal teams and external partners.
- Support decision-making across departments—including product, marketing, and customer success—by ensuring access to high-quality data and insights.
- Investigate business questions using SQL, BI tools, spreadsheets, or Python notebooks to uncover insights and inform decisions.
- Break down open-ended requests into actionable steps and deliver concise, actionable results.
- Help Jumpsters and customers explore and make sense of data on their own through training, documentation, and one-on-one support.
- Champion data accessibility and empower others to be confident in using analytics tools.
- Promote and scale a self-service analytics culture by educating stakeholders on how to explore, visualize, and draw insights from data themselves.
- Support new customer onboarding by creating initial reports and dashboards, and ensuring data is interpretable and valuable from day one.
- Help define internal data best practices, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Interface with external vendors when needed to integrate their products into Jump’s data stack.
