About the Role

Qode is seeking a Business Development Specialist (US Staffing), a key strategic role combining talent acquisition and business development. You will be responsible for acquiring new client accounts and closing their jobs to contribute directly to our growth. This position focuses on establishing long-term partnerships and delivering effective recruitment solutions for clients.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the client's full-life cycle within our Recruitment and Headhunting Services.
  • Prospect new B2B leads from online channels and databases using various communication methods.
  • Connect with domestic and global companies to introduce Qode's services and establish partnerships.
  • Own direct sales efforts from lead generation to close and aftersales with successful job placements.
  • Achieve quota targets for contract numbers and revenue by onboarding new clients, closing jobs, and supporting existing accounts.
  • Drive adoption of our Recruitment services to help clients meet their hiring targets.
  • Develop an intimate understanding of clients’ hiring needs and manage their hiring pipeline directly.
  • Build a champions network by acting as a liaison and handling customer concerns with confidence.
  • Ensure customer retention by managing the hiring pipeline and placing candidates effectively.
  • Initiate plans for soft-selling, upselling, and cross-selling to prospects and existing clients.
  • Focus on operational excellence by ensuring timely delivery of sufficient applications per SLA.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding client hiring successes, risks, and issues.
  • Manage and maintain an up-to-date Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
  • Produce precise reports when requested.

What We're Looking For

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Digital Communications, Business, IT, or a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant, in Account Management, or Business Development for an HR Tech company or Recruitment/Headhunting Agency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (must have).
  • Great presentation skills, plus exception handling and escalation management abilities.
  • Experience in prospecting and outreach on LinkedIn and other social media.
  • Experience with cold calls, cold emails, and CRM tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Data-driven decision-making and self-motivation.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and commit to targets.
