This role focuses on initiating and developing new sales opportunities across the Nordics by engaging with prospects, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales pipeline through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Nordic markets
- Conduct outreach to potential clients through calls, emails, and social platforms
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
- Collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified prospects
- Research target accounts and decision-makers to tailor engagement strategies
- Use CRM tools to track interactions and manage the sales pipeline
- Respond to prospect inquiries with relevant information and follow-up
- Participate in training to stay current on product offerings and market trends
- Support marketing initiatives by providing feedback from prospect interactions
- Maintain accurate records of all customer communications
- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and engagement targets
- Develop understanding of customer pain points in the region
- Coordinate with regional sales leads to align outreach efforts
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities as needed
- Contribute to process improvements in lead development workflows
- Ensure messaging aligns with brand and value proposition
- Follow up promptly with leads to maintain momentum
- Help refine buyer personas based on market response
- Escalate technical questions to appropriate internal teams
