Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Create and execute a strategic business development plan for Saudi Arabia, aligning with company goals and market trends.
- Identify, assess, and integrate new partners across the region, ensuring comprehensive market coverage.
- Pursue new business opportunities that support the company's growth strategy.
- Build and sustain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to uncover new trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Analyze market data to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product and service delivery.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the electronic security industry or a similar field.
- Sales experience in Saudi Arabia, based in Jeddah.
- Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection.
- Proven track record in the entire sales process, from identifying opportunities to closing deals.
- Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, partners, and industry experts at an executive level.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends, identify customer needs, and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Conversational proficiency in English and Arabic.
