About the Role

Jobgether is looking for a Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in identifying and executing new growth opportunities. In this remote position based in California, you will blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution to contribute directly to revenue growth and market expansion.

What You'll Do

  • Source, develop, and manage strategic relationships with customers and partners.
  • Identify new market opportunities and areas for commercial growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership to craft and oversee delivery of partner and customer contracts.
  • Build pricing, collaboration, and engagement models to support negotiations and partner strategies.
  • Develop and propose go-to-market strategies and financial models.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and provide input on strategic positioning.
  • Maintain relationships with key customers and partners to foster long-term growth.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of business development or similar experience in technology sectors such as AI/robotics, mobility, IoT, semiconductors, or sensors.
  • Proven track record of generating significant B2B wins.
  • Strong self-starter with the ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, strategic thinker, and able to drive initiatives to completion.

  • Compensation range: $89,550 - $123,300 per year.
