Responsibilities
- Create and implement strategic plans to grow business opportunities
- Design and deliver technical proposals tailored to client requirements
- Apply diverse outreach techniques, including targeted outreach and participation in industry events, to identify new prospects and build strong relationships
- Build and manage a personalized client base representing a wide range of importers and exporters of consumer products, such as advanced electronics, fashion, home furnishings, and more
- Locate potential clients, establish meaningful connections, and successfully close agreements, guiding prospects into long-term partnerships
- Serve as a trusted resource for current clients by promoting supplementary services and encouraging full use of available digital tools, including a user-friendly online platform
- Maintain consistent, high-quality communication with clients across North America to support collaboration and ensure responsive service
