Provis Spitex is hiring a Business Development Manager - Field Sales to be the driving force behind new client acquisition. You will convert prospects into customers through proactive field sales, acting as a key representative for our people-first business in a secure and supportive environment.
What You'll Do
- Convert prospects into customers through cold calling, territory planning, and scheduled drop-in visits.
- Build strategic partnerships with complementary local businesses and deliver compelling presentations.
- Forecast sales and develop effective sales strategies, evaluating their performance.
- Act as the primary representative for the organisation during customer meetings and presentations.
- Maintain customer accounts and accurate records of all sales activities.
- Report on progress and provide clear feedback to management.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a sales role with a track record in new business development and client acquisition.
- Great confidence and resilience, with the ability to accept rejection and maintain a positive mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, paired with active listening to understand customer needs.
- Ability to manage your own workload and diary effectively using your own initiative.
- Proficiency with computer software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- In-depth understanding of our products and unique selling points.
- Excellent data analysis skills.
- A full clean UK driving licence with flexibility and willingness to travel throughout the UK.
