About the Role

Provis Spitex is hiring a Business Development Manager - Field Sales to be the driving force behind new client acquisition. You will convert prospects into customers through proactive field sales, acting as a key representative for our people-first business in a secure and supportive environment.

What You'll Do

  • Convert prospects into customers through cold calling, territory planning, and scheduled drop-in visits.
  • Build strategic partnerships with complementary local businesses and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Forecast sales and develop effective sales strategies, evaluating their performance.
  • Act as the primary representative for the organisation during customer meetings and presentations.
  • Maintain customer accounts and accurate records of all sales activities.
  • Report on progress and provide clear feedback to management.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a sales role with a track record in new business development and client acquisition.
  • Great confidence and resilience, with the ability to accept rejection and maintain a positive mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, paired with active listening to understand customer needs.
  • Ability to manage your own workload and diary effectively using your own initiative.
  • Proficiency with computer software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • In-depth understanding of our products and unique selling points.
  • Excellent data analysis skills.
  • A full clean UK driving licence with flexibility and willingness to travel throughout the UK.
