Remote Recruitment is building a lean team and urgently needs a Business Development Manager specialized in cybersecurity recruitment. You will be responsible for building the top of our sales funnel, engaging directly with CISO and director-level decision-makers at major organizations. Your role will range from booking qualified discovery meetings for our leadership team to potentially handling full negotiations up to contract stage, depending on your seniority and experience.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business opportunities through multi-channel outreach via LinkedIn, phone, and email.
- Qualify leads and book discovery calls with CISO and director-level decision-makers.
- Conduct initial client conversations and needs assessments.
- Lead the full negotiation process through to terms agreement for senior candidates.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline using SourceWhale CRM and automation tools.
- Represent the brand professionally at the highest executive levels.
- Deliver a consultative, insight-driven sales approach.
- Work alongside Managing Director Giles on account development.
- Utilize market intelligence reports and thought leadership in sales conversations.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the cybersecurity or tech sector.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts, roles, and organizational structures.
- Proven ability to engage C-suite and director-level stakeholders.
- Experience selling into critical infrastructure sectors such as aviation, finance, energy, and data centers.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with a consultative, insight-led sales approach.
- Strong phone skills and confidence with cold outreach.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with multi-channel sales tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems, and automation platforms.
- A professional presence suitable for representing a premium brand.
Nice to Have
- Recruitment industry experience, especially in executive search.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks in critical infrastructure.
- An existing network in cybersecurity or related sectors.
- Experience with SourceWhale, Casper, or similar sales automation tools.
- Understanding of the UK corporate landscape.

Work Mode
