Jobgether is hiring a Business Applications Analyst, CRM to support and optimize our Yardi CRM and RentCafé systems. In this remote role, you will work across multiple portfolios to improve operational efficiency and enhance the resident and customer experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Provide expertise in designing and standardizing resident and customer journeys.
- Support the implementation of CRM and RentCafé modules, collaborating with implementation teams and third-party data consultants.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs across multiple platforms and mediums.
- Monitor project plans and timelines to ensure successful execution and adherence to defined standards.
- Conduct quality assurance, troubleshoot system issues, and continuously optimize workflows.
- Manage budgets and business cases to ensure cost-effective delivery and ROI.
- Prepare detailed status communications for leadership and stakeholders, proactively identifying risks and dependencies.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operations, financial systems, or technology implementation.
- Proven experience working on complex CRM implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of customer journey design and best practices.
- Solid project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict management skills.
- Experience in documentation, reporting, and providing training to multiple audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Yardi CRM and RentCafé modules.
- Knowledge of Agile, Six Sigma, or PMP methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
