FMNE Insurance is hiring a Business Analyst to analyze business needs and ensure they are clearly understood and effectively translated into criteria that support technology delivery. This role is a key liaison between business stakeholders, Product Owners, and delivery teams within our growing IT Department.
What You'll Do
- Analyze business needs and ensure they are clearly understood and effectively translated into criteria for technology delivery.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and delivery teams to define scope and clarify intent.
- Understand how work is performed today, how systems support that work, and what changes are required to improve efficiency, accuracy, and outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
