Experian is looking for a Business Analyst I to join our Consumer Services (ECS) team. In this role, you will transform data into relevant insights that support our products and services, using your analytical skills to enhance decision-making and customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Develop SQL queries to analyze and interpret data for relevant insights.
- Implement solutions that improve operational efficiency and support our goals as a subject matter expert.
- Monitor and review important metrics, including measurements, Service Level Agreements, and performance thresholds.
- Collaborate with teams to conduct ad hoc research, impact analysis, and validate issue resolutions.
- Design and present Tableau dashboards to communicate business insights to diverse audiences.
- Build relationships with partners and external vendors to ensure collaboration and delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with SQL development and data analysis.
- Proficiency in data profiling, including data discovery, cleansing, and validation.
- Ability to convey findings and recommendations in a clear, structured, and professional manner.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Alteryx, Airflow or similar tools.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Knowledge of cloud environments and big data technologies (e.g., AWS RedShift, Data Lake).
