Responsibilities
- Create SQL queries to extract and evaluate data for actionable insights.
- Serve as a subject matter expert to deploy solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and align with strategic objectives.
- Track and assess key performance indicators, service level agreements, and operational thresholds.
- Partner with internal teams to perform on-demand research, analyze impacts, and verify fixes for reported issues.
- Design and deliver Tableau dashboards to convey business intelligence to varied stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support collaborative outcomes and project delivery.
